🔍 Step 1:
Filter Companies in the Company Screener
The first step in identifying high-potential leads is to filter down the companies that match your ideal customer profile.
Navigate to the Company Screener tab.
Use filters such as:
Therapeutic Area (e.g., Oncology, Neurology).
Modality (e.g., Cell Therapy, Gene Therapy, Small Molecule).
Location (city, state, country, region).
Stage of Development (e.g., Preclinical, Phase I-III).
Select from our pre-defined company lists to save time.
Click Apply Filters to narrow down your results.
💡 Tip: Combine multiple filters to really hone in on niche segments—like early-stage companies working in cell therapy based in the US.

📁 Step 2:
Save Filtered Companies to a New List
Now that you've got a set of promising companies, it’s time to organize them into a reusable list.
Click the "View Actions" dropdown in the top center of the page.
Click "Save All Companies to New List" at the top of the dropdown.
In the popup, give your saved list a descriptive name (e.g., East Coast Biotech – mRNA Focus).
Hit Save.
Now you’ve got a company list you can use later for contact filtering, targeted outreach, or reporting.

👤 Step 3:
Filter Contacts Using Your Company List + Job Titles
With your company list saved, head over to the Contact Search to find relevant individuals within those organizations.
Go to the Contact Search tab.
In the Company List Filter, select the list you just created.
Add job title filters to zero in on decision-makers. Try roles like:
VP of Business Development
Head of R&D
Director of Clinical Operations
CMO / CEO / CTO (depending on your target persona)
Click Apply Filters.
You now have a refined list of contacts who not only match your target job titles but also work at companies aligned with your sales strategy.

📥 Step 4:
Download Your Contact List as a CSV
Time to take action.
After your filtered contacts load, click "View Actions".
Then click "Download these contacts".
Your file will download instantly and be ready for upload into tools like:
Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
Instantly, Outreach or Salesloft.
Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or other email marketing platforms.
The exported csv file will contain each filtered contact in their own row.
The number of credits consumed will equal the number of companies in the list (not contacts).
💡 Reminder: Always review and respect privacy and data-use policies when uploading contact lists into third-party platforms.
